Customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Free from damage caused by the customer
Please note EDNA SAIMPHAT ES reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. If in doubt, reach out before shipping your item back.

  • Opened perfumes or fragrances
  • Used beauty products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Customized jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Clearance or promotional items marked as non-refundable

Requesting an Exchange

You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or style within 14 days of delivery.

Subject to availability Exchanges depend on stock available at the time of request. If the desired item is no longer in stock, our team will suggest alternatives.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless one of the following applies:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
In these cases, EDNA SAIMPHAT ES will provide appropriate assistance.

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt
  • Once approved, the return or exchange process will begin
  • Items that do not meet our return requirements may be sent back to the customer
